1958

80s to early 90s
From the 1980s to the early 1990s, Wu Yongjin, as the former section chief of the local state-owned Huangyan Canned Food Factory, actively developed raw material bases such as citrus and loquat.

1993
In 1993, due to the serious losses of the Huangyan Canned Food Factory, the government adopted the “big ship stranded and the small boat escaped” to restructure the system. The 165 employees and 25 retired employees of the original first workshop were replaced by 6.6 million in debt from the original factory. Wu Yongjin Comrades led the formation of the "First Branch of Huangyan Canned Food Factory", which was self-managed, responsible for its own profits and losses, and embarked on a difficult and self-help entrepreneurial journey; after two years of unremitting efforts, all employees established their own customers and markets and finally turned losses into profits.

State-owned shares accounted for 31.45% in kind. Invested and established the self-operated, independent accounting, self-financing joint-stock cooperative enterprise-"Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Can Food Factory".

2001
In response to the government's call for pollution control, the company implemented the overall relocation from the urban area to the Huangyan Jiangkou Canned Food Industrial Park, and passed the sanitary registration of export food companies and completed and put them into production. Establish a HACCP leading group and implement HACCP food safety management system for canned fruit products.

2004
Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Canned Food Factory and South Korea Meili Co., Ltd. jointly established Zhejiang Yimei Foods Co., Ltd. with an export code of L57. It is the earliest domestic enterprise engaged in the research and development, processing and production of plastic cup export cans.

2006
Xuzhou Dafeng Food Co., Ltd. has passed the sanitary registration of export food enterprises and put into operation; it specializes in the production of canned northern deciduous fruits such as yellow peach, pear and apple.

2008
Faced with the encirclement and suppression of EU anti-dumping duties on canned oranges, Chinese canned orange companies have embarked on a road of defense and response. “In the face of anti-dumping, we need to adopt an attitude of peace where we have come, avoid and solve problems, and resist in a planned way.” As the world’s largest production and processing export base of canned oranges, the company actively responded to and participated in the EU anti-dumping case of canned oranges. In addition, the company involved in the EU canned orange anti-dumping case has obtained the lowest final ruling tax rate of the Chinese canned orange manufacturer, laying a good foundation for better occupation of the EU canned orange market.

2010
In 2010, the equity of Huangyan State-owned Assets Management Company in Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Can Food Factory was publicly listed for auction through the Taizhou Equity Exchange. All natural shareholders of Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Can Food Factory participated in the auction and obtained all the shares.

2012
Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Canned Food Factory passed system reform in accordance with the law and was transformed from a joint-stock cooperative enterprise to a limited liability company. The registered capital was increased to 12.88 million yuan at the same time, and the company was renamed-"Zhejiang Taizhou Yican Food Co., Ltd.". And cooperated with Nanjing Agricultural University to set up a joint research and development center for a can of fruits and vegetables in Taizhou.

2013
Zhejiang Taizhou Yican Food Co., Ltd. was officially listed on the Zhejiang Equity Exchange Center (Innovation Board) with the enterprise code 856025.

2015
Zhejiang Taizhou Yican Food Co., Ltd. acquired all the shares of South Korea Meili Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Yimei Food Co., Ltd. through friendly negotiations, and obtained industrial and commercial registration according to law.

2018
